Beautiful man RIP ❤ voice and music ❤
A girl friend turned me on to them in 1970. She passed on 15 years ago at the age of 59. I think of her whenever I play Third Ear Band, Rest in peace Iver.
Francoise Hardy came to London quite a few times to record and visited. Notice London things that once existed LV (Luncheon Vouchers), The Knack (1965) she runs out in front of Routemaster RM2131 and you see RM 2156 pull up along side her, both were exported later on. Much to see. Very nice song.
It is almost identical to the studio version
These guys made great recordings! Deke made some beauties too!
a legjobb.
France's finest rose received her last goodbye just hours ago. She passed around 9 days ago, her numbers in spotify increased tremendously, she's been talked about like she was in the 60s and 70s, and I'm glad the impact I always knew she had even in younger people like myself is totally visible, and Thomas and Jacques can see it and hopefully received tons of love and consolation. UA-cam is like a time machine, and at the end everything is like she used to sing in ne of her hits "mon amie la rose": nothing remains forever, we all will eventually fade, disappear, but her mark is eternal: her style, beauty, discrete and classy way to speak her mind out through lyrics, even the way she stared at the camera while so many hearts melted...she was art in herself, but like the rose of the mentioned song today she's no more. It's weird to see her videos now, knowing I'm older than she was when this was recorded, but here I am, enjoying her art the same day her closest friends and family said goodbye, she was 80, she was struggling a lot, but she's finally at peace while her conttibution to the whole occidental pop culture will definitely live forever, and I'd love for younger women to be inspired by her instead of all the trashy music and bad examples you see everywhere, so vulgar and ugly, while Françoise looked like a Botticelli angel just by looking at the camera and singing. Her beauty was simple, yet astonishing; effortless, yet eternal.
I saw them back in late 1970 when they were heading the bill with 2 unknown bands called Hawkwind and Supertramp.
you gotta be kidding .. art school party stuff!
Tres belle chanson iconique
Loved her....
Rest in peace the lovely and highly talented Françoise Hardy. May God rest her soul 🙏🏻❤
DEP Françoise Hardy.Maravillosa voz y muy guapa mujer
❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🌹
Yé-yé.

☮ anos 70.......
KIND OF ASH RA TEMPLE. ....BUT VERY INTERESTING.....THIS GIRL HAS NO INTERESTING "BIG" VOICE.....BUT I LIKE HER ATTITUDE.....
Was that first voice, Tom Newman? Sounds like him.
This balloon, burning
the question is; when does liberalism end and the loss of liberty and personal freedoms begin? im not sure they can co-exist in the real world only when one is opting out on lsd or similar. if this kind of philosophy of daevid allens does work it can only work in a very peaceful existence where no tribalism can possibly exist. so if liberal white men decide they want this kind of freedom what will they do when whole tribes of foreign races decide to intervene and march on in to disrupt the peace! nutty. completely nutty.
Definitely a ‘Focus’ vibe. I am reading Pete Brown’s autobiography and this video helps me understand the band and it’s place in his journey.
Fantastiskt vackert. Tack!!!
like a pink floyd that are actually really good
just found this album today looking for samples, loved this instantly, checked out the rest and there's no misses. love it
Maximum Darkness is one of the greatest rock live albums ever.
Picks up from where Defecting Gray left off...try it.
Great Bamd from Wales ❤
I would have liked to hear Sugarcane Harris play the lead.
Great
RIP Daevid Allen the greatest world creator in the planet
❤❤❤ me agrada ver y escuchar...
Anyone remember the Greasy Truckers Party live album? On vinyl of course. It was Man, Brinsley Schwarz and Hawkwind. Man opened the show with a 22 minute version of Spunk Rock. Possibly their greatest live recording. Still got mine. I think it was a limited release of about 20,000 copies.
Micky had the lot he could play. And his singing voice was like an angel on c'mon
THANKS FOR THIS UPLOAD! I loved the photographs of Frank - they simply enhanced the track! Keep Well!
Wow,that was really wonderful !
Seen them around 1980 in Illinois they put on a great show
I hear a distinct influence of Micky Dolenz there on the drums.🤣
Je t'aime France Gall.
Favorite song of all time!!! Smashing
She had it all. We can date the footage to June 1965 as "The Knack" is on in the cinema. Soho, London, of course.
Beautiful
Saw this band in September 1973. Ponty and Ian Underwood were still there. They were the best ever.
very good.........................................................
Echt irre aber schon so lange her . 10.3.2024🎸
